Ford Energy Joins American Clean Power Association

Ford Energy announced today that it has joined the American Clean Power Association.

Becoming an American Clean Power Association (ACP) member positions Ford Energy alongside the leading voices in the multi-tech clean energy industry, including energy storage companies.

“We share ACP’s commitment to meeting America’s energy and national security goals and building our country’s economy with fast-growing, reliable and domestically assembled energy storage,” said Ford Energy President Lisa Drake.

ACP welcomed Ford Energy to the non-partisan trade group of companies investing in America’s energy future.

“As one our nation’s largest manufacturers, Ford brings a storied history, wealth of expertise and culture of innovation to power sector battery fabrication,” said Jason Grumet, CEO of American Clean Power. “ACP and our nation’s electric grid are both strengthened by Ford’s leadership.”

Ford Energy will provide U.S.-assembled LFP prismatic battery energy storage systems, backed by domestic supply resilient to tariffs, a century of manufacturing expertise and Ford’s industrial scale. These battery energy storage systems are at the heart of the energy storage solution market for utilities, data centers and large-scale industrial and commercial customers.
